Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in the selected currency and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders will be invoiced at the price applicable at the time of purchase.

We offer the following payment options:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Prepayment via Invoice

For prepayment via invoice, the order will be processed once the payment has been received. Please note that this may extend the delivery time.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by either FedEx or PostNord, and the delivery time depends on the chosen method and destination.
The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. We deliver to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, England, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Schwitzerland and Austria.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and package weight.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at info@tidal-wave.eu with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

Conditions for Withdrawal

The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for the reduction in value.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Returns must be sent to the following address: Tidal Wave (Warehouse), Saltsøvej 19, DK-4050 Skibby

We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets the conditions for withdrawal.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

If your package fails to be delivered due to wrongful address info, not being picked up at a parcel shop or for any other reason that is of no fault to the webshop, return shipping costs will be deducted from the order amount.

Warranty and Complaints

If your item is defective or has a fault, you are entitled to file a complaint within 24 months in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The warranty covers defects present at the time of delivery.

Please contact us at info@tidal-wave.eu with a description and photos of the defect as soon as possible so we can assess your complaint.

Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be settled by the ordinary courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
