This is a licensing add-on for the ICC Boot-loop Recovery Kit.
The Boot-loop kit is bulk pre-licensed for FOA-membership vehicle VINs.
To service non-FOA covered vehicles, this one-time use license is required per VIN.
Each license is good for use on one, non-FOA membership covered VIN, and valid for a month.
